1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 2–5 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy)
- Opened or used products
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos for verification
5. Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
