1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2–5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Opened or used products

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos for verification

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
